Tattva Sutra uses third-party service providers to support the operation and fulfilment of orders.

Our website and online store are operated through Shopify.

For product fulfilment and shipping, we are connected with Dropdash. When an order is placed through our website, information required for fulfilment may be shared with Dropdash, including:

  • Phone number

  • Delivery address

  • Relevant order information

Dropdash uses this information to fulfil and ship the customer's order.

Dropdash also handles applicable returns and refunds associated with fulfilled orders.

Payments are processed through Razorpay.

When you make a payment, the information required to process the transaction may be provided directly to Razorpay or processed through its payment systems.

Tattva Sutra does not represent that it independently stores full payment credentials such as complete card numbers, banking passwords, or UPI PINs.

Customers should also review the applicable privacy and security practices of the payment provider when using its services.


6. Shopify

Our online store is hosted and operated using Shopify's e-commerce platform.

Shopify provides the infrastructure and services that allow us to operate our online store, process orders, and provide e-commerce functionality.

Information processed through Shopify may include information necessary to operate the store and fulfil customer orders.

Tattva Sutra does not currently use cookies or other tracking technologies for its own analytics or advertising purposes.

We also do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Pixel on the website.

However, certain third-party services used to operate an online store may have their own technical processes or technologies. Their handling of information is subject to their respective policies and terms.


8. Facebook Advertising

Tattva Sutra may advertise its products through Facebook/Meta advertising services.

At present, Tattva Sutra does not use Meta Pixel on the website and does not currently state that customer information is used for Meta remarketing or targeted advertising.
