1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”, or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Tattva Sutra website (“Website”) and your purchase of products through the Website.

Tattva Sutra is owned by Sheetal Sikarwar and operated by Mehul Singh Chauhan.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies published on the Website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

Tattva Sutra uses Dropdash for product fulfilment and shipping.

After an order is placed, information necessary to fulfil the order may be shared with Dropdash, including the customer's:

  • Delivery address

  • Relevant order information

Dropdash may handle the fulfilment and shipping of the ordered Product.

Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, product availability, weather, holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any delivery estimate provided on the Website should therefore be understood as an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.


14. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Tattva Sutra is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or other issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Customers should carefully verify their:

  • Phone number

  • PIN code

  • Other delivery details

before completing an order.


15. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the applicable Tattva Sutra Return and Refund Policy.

Where Dropdash is responsible for fulfilment, Dropdash may handle applicable return and refund processes.

Customers should follow the applicable return instructions and conditions provided for their order.

Eligibility for a return or refund may depend on the Product and the circumstances of the request.

No â‚č70 charge is imposed by these Terms for returning a Product.


16. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • There is a payment issue.

The Tattva Sutra domain name is used as the Website's online address. Ownership or registration of a domain name does not by itself create copyright protection over the domain name; however, applicable trademark, passing-off, contractual, or other legal protections may apply where relevant.

Without prior authorization, you may not:

  • Copy Website content for commercial use.

  • Reproduce our Product photographs.

  • Copy or substantially reproduce our Product descriptions.
